Lauren is a Georgia Native attending John’s Creek High School. She obtained her Doctrate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University. Lauren was a competitive gymnast and understands the personal struggle with injury. She is dry needling certified, vestibular/ concussion certified, and specializes in working with those that want to safely lift especially Olympic weight lifters. Dr. Destiny Gaddis has been a therapist for over 18 years. She is an educator teaching at several physical therapy schools. She specializes in return to sport and activity. She is proficient at dry needling, spinal manipulation, post-operative recovery, vestibular impairments, concussion management, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
